Which lease do I sign?

You don’t have to choose. Tell us your address on the lease info form and we’ll use the right lease for your home.

Does everyone living there need to sign?

Yes. Everyone 18 or older who will live there is listed on the lease and signs it. Roommates are responsible together for the full rent, not just their own share. One person can fill out the lease info form for the whole group.

Something in my lease looks wrong.

Don’t sign it yet. Call or reply to our email with what needs fixing, such as a misspelled name or the wrong date, and we’ll send you a corrected copy.

What happens after I send the lease info form?

We review your details, fill in your lease, and email it to the address you gave us. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll call or email you first.

What happens after I send back the signed lease?

We review it, sign it and email you a copy for your records. Then we’ll contact you about your deposit, first month’s rent and move-in day.
